Return of goods
Before returning any goods, we kindly ask you to notify MAVIG in writing or by phone in advance.
Please have the series or model data of the product you wish to return to hand. These can be found on the product (on the frame for glasses, on the label for personal protective equipment).
You will then receive the documents for your service request, containing the barcoded return package sticker and a form for the decontamination verification.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is mandatory that the barcode address label and the completely filled-in decontamination certificate are attached on the outside of the return parcel, clearly visible.

Only if both documents are included MAVIG can accept the return shipment. Otherwise, MAVIG is legally obliged to refuse acceptance of the consignment or return the goods to you at your expense.
